Chayeb Bakery Return Policy
1. General Policy
As our products are freshly baked and perishable, we maintain a Final Sale policy. We do not offer monetary refunds for any purchase.
If an issue arises, our commitment is to your satisfaction through product exchange or replacement only.
2. Eligibility for Exchange (Replacements Only)
We will offer an exchange (a replacement of the item or an equivalent store credit) only under the following verifiable conditions:
- Damaged or Spoiled Goods: The product is clearly damaged, inedible, or spoiled upon arrival.
- Incorrect Item Received: You received a product that was different from the one you ordered.
- Significant Quality Defect: There is a verifiable and significant issue with the product’s quality, preparation, or freshness at the time of delivery.
3. Reporting Window (Exchange Request Period)
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, you must contact us and report the issue within a limited time frame:
- Report Time Limit: 24 hours from the time you received the delivery or completed the pickup.
Any claims made after this 24-hour period cannot be accepted for an exchange.
4. Exchange Procedure (How to Report an Issue)
- Contact Us Immediately: Send an email to our customer service sales@chayebbakery.com or call us directly.
- Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Provide Evidence: You must attach clear photographic evidence of the damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item. This photographic proof is required for processing the exchange.
- Resolution: Upon review and verification of the photographic evidence, Chayeb Bakery will determine the appropriate resolution (a full replacement of the item or an equivalent store credit) and arrange the exchange within 1-3 business days.
5. Return of Goods (Not Applicable)
Due to the perishable nature of our products, you are not required to return the damaged or incorrect item. Your photographic evidence serves as proof for the exchange. Please dispose of the product appropriately.
